Details:
🌸 Space Rental: Space rental fee is $120 for 2 hours (includes private access to the garden) - fee required to reserve your date. Arranging tables, umbrellas, some tables and chairs, and portable speaker are all provided.
🌸 Guest Minimum: 10 guests required (if fewer than 10 guests, a minimum of 10 bouquets must be purchased)
🌸 U-Pick Cost: $32 per person – each guest will cut their own bouquet (vase provided). Guests can pay for bouquets onsite, the day of the event. Bring your own vase and save $2.
🌸 Tools: Snips available for use
🌸 Food & Drink: Feel free to bring your own refreshments and enjoy a picnic in the garden.
🌸 Additional Time: Extend your stay for $100 per extra hour
Flynn House Farm is located at 4115 Lilly Rd. Pull in the gravel driveway and park on the grass facing the gardens.
**Reschedule and Inclement Weather Policy: Dates can be rescheduled and/or cancelled if inclement weather - a full refund will be provided if unable to reschedule due to weather. Dates can be rescheduled up to 14 days before event at no charge. Dates rescheduled after 14 days before the event will incur an additional space rental fee of $120.
***Cancellation Policy: Dates can be cancelled up to 14 days before event for a full refund. No refunds will be given if cancelled after 14 days before scheduled U-Pick.
****Please be advised that there are NO public restrooms onsite. If you would like to rent a portable bathroom, please contact Tessa at flynnhousefloral@gmail.com. Cost of rental is the responsibility of the booking party.
